Tarry Lomax

Tarry Lomax is a legal general practitioner specializing in the areas of general, civil practice, contracts, appellate practice, construction law, surety law, zoning and land use, corporate, commercial litigation, civil litigation, marine contract and finance, and maritime matters.


Admitted to practice in 1997, Lomax also holds industry roles including Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and Commercial and Construction Industry Panels. His professional memberships include Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity, Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association, The District of Columbia Bar, and American Bar Associations.


Lomax’s military experience includes the role of Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve and Instructor in the Naval Systems Engineering Department at the U.S. Naval Academy. He has achieved recognition through his inclusion in such prestigious listings as
